An appointment request is not confirmed until Gladys accepts it. A pending request may be accepted or declined based on availability. Customers receive a status update by text message after a decision is made.

Walk-ins

Weekday walk-ins are welcome. Weekend appointments are preferred and can be requested through the booking page.
